RISI Continuing Education Workshop Submission Form
This form is only for RISI Faculty-taught CE/RMW Workshops.
Please use the above form to submit information for a SINGLE Continuing Education Workshop you would like to offer.
This is not for Basic Training, Advanced Training or Rolf Movement Certification classes.
Posting fee is $150 up-front per workshop assigned with a new course number (if a workshop has four parts with four separate registrations, it will need four course numbers).
Workshop Additional Info for NCBTMB
This form is only for RISI Faculty-taught CE/RMW Workshops.
NCBTMB requires that certificates issues by RISI are only for classes that are approved by NCBTMB. If you are submitting a NEW workshop that is not found on the NCBTMB Approved Course List, please use the above form to submit additional information for NCBTMB approval.
If we do not receive both this form and the RISI Continuing Education Workshop Submission form, we cannot start to build your workshop.
