OELMA and CMCIG of ALAO present "Popping the Fake News Bubble: Engaging Students in 21st Century Media and Information Literacy,"& on Monday, June 19, 2017, at The Ohio State University - Newark Campus.
Featuring a hands-on keynote with media literacy expert, Frank W. Baker, as well as concurrent sessions, poster sessions, maker stations for lesson plans, tech tools, assessment ideas as well as opportunities to network - this summer workshop will give you the tools to engage teachers and students come the fall. Register today!.
Pre-registration closes on June 14th at 4:00pm. Onsite registration will be available, however, lunch will not be provided.

This includes a subject area teacher/faculty member and/or a librarian from your school district/college/university with whom you would like to collaborate on a lesson. Collaborating partners must include one librarian and up to three content area teachers from the same school.
