Patricia Mastropierro

Member of the firm Attorney Integration Committee. Patricia splits her time between Dallas and Mexico. She has significant experience in international transactions, advising clients on their cross-border projects in Latin American and the Caribbean, particularly with respect to aviation matters.

For more than 15 years, Patricia has advised airlines in a broad range of legal matters, including setting up and maintaining passenger and cargo operations abroad, obtaining applicable permits and compliance with applicable regulations, airport authorizations, slots allocations and assignments at congested airports, commercial litigation in foreign jurisdictions, among
others. For over 15 years, Patricia has represented one of the biggest U.S. airlines and its regional airlines in more than 35 jurisdictions worldwide; working on their international projects, including in the areas of commercial transactions, regulatory and litigation matters. Patricia’s works diligently to understand the different aspects of a client’s business with the goal to provide legal advice, that adds value, is comprehensive, practical and efficient.
