Orla Brady

Orla M. Brady is a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Aviation, Space, and Admiralty Litigation Section. Prior to her time at the DOJ, Orla worked in private practice with plaintiffs’ aviation law firms in Chicago, Illinois and New York, New York. Ms. Brady has lectured at aviation litigation related seminars on a variety of issues and is widely published on aviation litigation issues in various publications. Ms. Brady is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, Illinois, and New York, in addition to many federal courts across the country. She is a graduate of New England Law, Boston, Massachusetts (cum laude, J.D., 2001) and the University of Dublin, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland (LL.M., 2003).
